Natures Aid Vitamin E 400iu

Natures Aid® Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Oxidative stress occurs when there are high levels of free radicals in the body. Free radicals are caused by frying foods, alcohol, tobacco smoke, pesticides and air pollutants. Free Radicals can cause damage to cells, through a process called oxidation. Some Vitamins, including Vitamin E, can help to protect the cells against this damage.

Each capsule provides 400iu Natural Vitamin E as d-alpha tocopherol, which is the most readily absorbed form of natural vitamin E.

d-alpha Tocopheryl Acetate, Gelatin, Sunflower Oil, Glycerine, Natural Mixed Vitamin E.

Take 1-2 softgels per day with food.
When starting to take Vitamin E always start with a low iu strength and gradually increase. High levels should be avoided by diabetics and people with hyperthyroidism.
Do not exceed the recommended intake.
