Microcrystalline Cellulose, Di-Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Vitamin D3 Prep. (Maltodextrin, Modified Starch, Sucrose, Cholecalciferol), Anticaking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Vegetable Source Magnesium Stearate).

Take 1 tablet per day with food.
Vitamin D does have a potential for toxicity, however, amounts up to 1000mcg are generally agreed to be safe in adults. Younger adults or children may supplement up to 400iu daily. Vitamin D is contraindicated while taking warfarin and verapamil medications.
Do not exceed the recommended intake.
