Natures Aid Ginger, Turmeric & Bromelain

Ginger
Ginger has a long history of use, spanning back over 2,500 years. There has also been a lot of interesting research carried out on this fascinating herb, which indicates it could have up to 115 active components. Gingerols and Shogaols are the two with the most interesting reports.

Turmeric
Most of us are familiar with Turmeric as one of the principle ingredients in a curry. However, Turmeric is widely used in Chinese & Indian Herbalism, and has been the subject of vast amounts of research in recent years. The active component in Turmeric is Curcumin, which is responsible for the spice’s distinctive yellow colour. Curcumin has been the focus of many reports and studies over the years.

Bromelain
These enzymes are reputed for their ability to digest proteins and include a mixture of different compounds, including: phosphatase, glucosidase, peroxidase, cellulase and several protease inhibitors. Bromelain is non-toxic - clinical studies into its’ safety have shown that the body can absorb around 12g without any side effects.

Natures Aid Ginger, Turmeric & Bromelain is a natural botanical blend providing 500mg Ginger, 500mg Turmeric and 100mg of Bromelain.

Shogaols and zingerone are also present

Bromelain - 100mg  
Containing 2000 Gelatine Digestive
Units (GDU’s) per gram of Bromelain  

Allergy Information

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. GM free.
Contains no: Artificial colours, artificial flavours, dairy, lactose, gluten, wheat, yeast, nuts, salt, soya, starch and sugar.

Microcrystalline Cellulose, Di-Calcium Phosphate, Bromelain Prep. (Bromelain, Maltodextrin), Ginger Prep. (Ginger Extract, Maltodextrin, Silicon Dioxide), Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Turmeric Extract, Anticaking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Vegetable Source Magnesium Stearate).

Take 1-3 tablets per day with food.
Do not exceed the recommended intake.
Ginger is not suitable for those taking blood thinners.
Ginger should not be used in cases of blocked bile ducts and anyone with a history of gallstones should consult a doctor prior to use.
