Natures Aid Vitamin D3 Liquid 2500iu (Vegan)

Natures Aid® Vitamin D3 2500iu liquid was created by our expert team to provide an easy to use liquid Vitamin D supplement, which is suitable for vegans. Each 1ml dose can be taken directly or can easily be added to food or drink. This vitamin D3 is sourced from lichen, and as such is approved by both the UK vegan and vegetarian societies. Lichen is the only approved vegan D3 available.

Each 1ml of Natures Aid® Vitamin D3 Drops provides 2,500iu of vitamin D3, in a base of fractionated coconut oil (MCT’s).

Vegetarian and Vegan.
No artificial colours or flavours.   
Contains no: GM, corn, dairy, lactose, gluten, wheat, yeast, nuts, salt, soya, starch and sugar. 

Medium Chain Triglycerides (Fractionated Coconut Oil), Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol), D-Alpha Tocopherol (antioxidant).

Take 1ml per day.
Vitamin D does have a potential for toxicity, so doses above 1000iu should not be taken long term without supervision. Younger adults or children may supplement up to 400iu daily. Vitamin D is contraindicated while taking warfarin and verapamil medications.
Do not exceed the recommended intake.
