Natures Aid Vitamin D 1000iu has been carefully formulated by our experts to provide 1000iu of Vitamin D in each tablet. Many Vitamin D products are sourced from lanolin (sheep wool), so are not suitable for vegans, however our lichen sourced Vitamin D3 is vegan friendly. You can also rest assured that our Vitamin D is free from gluten, yeast, dairy, soya, and nuts, making it ideal for anyone who may have dietary restrictions.

• Vitamin D plays a role in the process of cell division and is helpful in the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus.

Microcrystalline Cellulose, Calcium Phosphate Dihydrate, Vitamin D3 Prep. (Corn Syrup, Arabic Gum, Fractionated Coconut Oil, Cholecalciferol, D-alpha Tocopherol, Silicon Dioxide, Sodium Ascorbate), Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose, Anticaking Agents (Colloidal Silicon Dioxide, Vegetable Source Magnesium Stearate).

Take 1 tablet per day with food.
Vitamin D does have a potential for toxicity, though amounts up to 1000mcg are generally agreed to be safe in adults. Younger adults or children may supplement up to 400iu daily. 
Do not exceed the recommended intake.
