• Each Natures Aid® Vitamin B12 tablet provides 1000mcg in a pleasant cherry flavoured sublingual tablet for rapid absorption.
• Natures Aid® Sublingual B12 supplements would be particularly appropriate for people with digestive issues and those on PPI medications. PPI medications can interfere with absorption of B12 in the stomach, however, this is not a concern with this particular supplement, as it is designed to be absorbed in the mouth.
• Natures Aid® Sublingual B12 could also be used by people on B12 injections, in between their injections, to improve energy levels.

Sweetener (Xylitol), Cherry Flavour (Natural), Anticaking Agents (Vegetable Source Magnesium Stearate, Stearic Acid), Methylcobalamin.

Take 1 tablet per day with food.
Allow to dissolve slowly under the tongue or alternatively the tablet can be chewed or swallowed whole.
Do not exceed the recommended intake.
Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
