SleepEezy (Valerian) (60 Tablets)
SleepEezy Valerian is a traditional herbal medicine used for the temporary relief of sleep disturbances related to mild anxiety, based on traditional use.
Each tablet provides 150mg of extract (as dry extract) from Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis L). This provides equivalent to 750 – 900mg of Valerian root.
Valerian is native to Europe and parts of Asia but also grows in North America. Herbalists have used valerian root medicines for thousands of years to help those with sleep disturbance.
Like all medicines SleepEezy product can cause side effects for some users. Possible minor side effects may include abdominal cramps and nausea. Magnesium Effervescent (20 Tablets)
Our Magnesium Effervescent tablets are an easy way to take your daily magnesium. Simple dissolve one tablet in a glass of water to create a refreshing, natural strawberry flavoured bedtime drink.
Magnesium has lots of important functions, including:
• Supporting energy production and reducing tiredness & fatigue
• Supporting the healthy function of the nervous system

SleepEezy (Valerian) (60 Tablets)
Each tablet contains 150mg of extract (as dry extract) from Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis L). Equivalent to 750 – 900mg of Valerian root. Extraction solvent: Ethanol 70% v/v. It also contains other, non-active, ingredients. These ingredients are: calcium hydrogen phosphate; microcrystalline cellulose; colloidal silicon dioxide; croscarmellose sodium; magnesium stearate; lecithin; dextrose monohydrate; sodium citrate; dextrin.
For oral use only. Adults and the elderly, take 1-2 tablets half an hour before bedtime. If necessary, an additional tablet can be taken earlier in the evening. Take continuously for 2-4 weeks. Warning: Do not exceed the stated dose.
SleepEezy is suitable for anyone over the age of 18, looking for a traditional herbal remedy to help provide temporary relief of sleep disturbances due to the symptoms of mild anxiety.
If you are allergic to valerian, are pregnant or breastfeeding or are under 18 you should not use this product. Do not take this product is you are already using a medicine for sleep or anxiety. Please note: this product does contain glucose. If you have been told by your doctor you have an intolerance to some sugars, please speak to your doctor before taking SleepEezy.
