Natures Aid PremEeze (Agnus Castus)

In 2004, a European Directive on Traditional Herbal Medicinal Products (2004/24/EC) was introduced. This new THMRS requires quality and safety of the product to be demonstrated, with efficacy being based on the traditional use of the herbal medicine, provided the claimed pharmacological effects are plausible.

Agnus Castus is a Traditional Herbal Medicinal Product, licensed under this act, to help relieve premenstrual symptoms such as: irritability; mood swings; breast tenderness; bloating and menstrual cramps. Exclusively based on long standing use as a traditional remedy.

Agnus Castus (also known as Vitex, Chaste Tree, Chasteberry and Monk’s Pepper) is native to the Mediterranean region and to central Asia. Its use in female health was recorded by Hippocrates, who is known as the father of modern medicine.

Each PremEeze® hard capsule contains 400mg of Agnus Castus Fruit (Vitex agnus-castus L.)

Vegetarian & Vegan. No artificial colours or flavours.
Contains no: GM; Dairy, Lactose, Gluten, Wheat, Yeast, Nuts, Salt, Soya, Starch and Sugar   

Each hard capsule contains 400mg Agnus Castus Fruit (Vitex agnus-castus L.)
The capsule shell is made from hypromellose. The capsules are hard, clear, oblong containing a brown powder.

Women experiencing premenstrual symptoms: Take one capsule twice a day, morning and night. Swallow whole with a glass of water. Do not chew the capsules. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

As the effects of this product may not occur immediately, the capsules should be taken continuously for 3 months. 

PremEeze® should not be used by those who suffer from, or have suffered from, an oestrogen-sensitive cancer, a pituitary disorder, or anyone using dopamine agonists or antagonists, oestrogens or anti-oestrogens. Not suitable during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding.
