Natures Aid® Probiotic Complex provides 2 billion live organisms of Lactobacillus Acidophilus and Bifidobacteria Bifidus. This product also provides 100mg FOS. FOS, or Fructooligosaccharides, is a natural fibre found in raw fruits and vegetables which offers a natural source of what is often referred to as a prebiotic.

Microcrystalline Cellulose, Fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) (Oligofructose, Glucose, Fructose, Sucrose), Cellulose, Lactobacillus, acidophilus Prep. (Lactobacillus acidophilus, Maltodextrin), Anticaking Agent (Vegetable Source Magnesium Stearate), Anticaking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Bifidobacterium bifidum Prep. (Rice Maltodextrin, Bifidobacterium bifidum).

Take 1-2 capsules per day with food.
Do not exceed the recommended intake.
Take 2 hours away from antibiotics for maximum benefit.
