Natures Aid Iron Bisglycinate

Natures Aid® Iron Bisglycinate provides your RDA of Iron in combination with Vitamin C, B12 and Folic Acid. Natures Aid Iron is formulated using the Bisglycinate form of the mineral, as this is said to be more absorbable and it is gentle on the stomach.

Iron Bisglycinate provides 14mg of iron per tablet, alongside Vitamin C, Vitamin B12 and Folic Acid. The bisglycinate form is designed to be gentle on the stomach and is often chosen for better absorption. 

Iron contributes to normal cognitive function, normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, normal oxygen transport in the body, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It also has a role in the process of cell division.

Vitamin C increases Iron absorption. 

B12 & Folic Acid contribute to normal red blood cell formation.

Natures Aid® Iron Bisglycinate will also contribute to a reduction in tiredness & fatigue.

Take 1 tablet daily with food. This vegan-friendly formula is free from artificial colours and flavours, and contains no gluten, dairy, lactose, soya, nuts, yeast or sugar.

Take 1 tablet per day with food.
Do not exceed the recommended intake.
This product contains Iron which, if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children.
People with iron storage disease (haemochromatosis) and excessive deposition of iron (haemosiderosis) should not take iron supplements.
