A daily Iron supplement that is gentle on the stomach, for the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Your body contains roughly 4g of Iron, with more than half of this housed within haemoglobin, an essential, oxygen carrying component of your red blood cells. In addition to playing an essential role in the formation of red blood cells, Iron is also responsible for normal cognitive function, normal energy yielding metabolism and helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Our handy Iron Bisglycinate supplement has been expertly deigned by our in-house nutritionists to provide your body with the recommended daily amount of Iron, combined with Vitamin C, Vitamin B12 and Folic Acid.  The bisglycinate form of Iron is thought to be more easily absorbed by your body and is also gentle on the stomach. Our Iron Bisglycinate supplement has been formulated with Vitamin C as this essential vitamin increases Iron absorption. Both Folic Acid and Vitamin B12 are included for their role in normal red blood cell formation.

These handy one a day tablets provide an expertly balanced combination of four nutrients in a fuss-free, vegan friendly formula.

Microcrystalline Cellulose, Di-Calcium Phosphate, Ascorbic Acid Prep. (Ascorbic Acid, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), Ferrous Bisglycinate Chelate, Anticaking Agents (Vegetable Source Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide), Folic Acid, Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin).

Take 1 tablet per day with food. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
