Each daily capsule contains a guaranteed 100 billion live organisms, using 8 extensively researched strains of bacteria - Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus Plantarum, Lactobacillus reuteri, Bifidobacteria Longum, Lactobacillus casei, Bifidobacteria Bifidum, Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis and Streptococcus thermophilus.

Bio360® PRO-100 ULTRA® bacteria have been chosen due to their stability, and provide 100 billion live bacteria per capsule. The strains used all have proven bile and gastric acid stability. They are also stable at room temperature.

Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1 capsule per day with food.
DO NOT EXCEED THE RECOMMENDED INTAKE.
May be taken at the same time as antibiotics, as long as they are taken a few hours apart to avoid the friendly bacteria being destroyed.
