Natures Aid Glucosamine & Chondroitin Complex

Glucosamine is an amino sugar, meaning it is made from a protein molecule mixed with a sugar molecule. It occurs naturally in the body, although production may decrease with age. Glucosamine is not easily obtained from food sources, so supplements provide a safe and easy way to top up.

Chondroitin Sulphate is a sulphated glycosaminoglycan, composed of a chain of alternating sugars. It is usually attached to proteins as part of a proteoglycan. Chondroitin sulphates are a structural component of cartilage. 

Natures Aid® Glucosamine & Chondroitin Complex provides 500mg Glucosamine and 100mg Chondroitin per capsule, combined with Rosehip, Ginger, Turmeric and Vitamin C.

Vitamin C - contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage.

Allergy Information

No artificial colours or flavours.
Contains no: GM, dairy, lactose, gluten, wheat, yeast, nuts, salt, soya, starch and sugar.
Glucosamine is prepared from crustaceans and people with a known shellfish allergy should be informed.    
 

Glucosamine Sulphate 2KCl (product of crustaceans), Cellulose, Chondroitin Sulphate (product of fish), Vitamin C Prep. (Ascorbic Acid, Hydroxpropylmethylcellulose), Rosehip Prep (Rosehip Extract, Maltodextrin), Ginger Prep (Ginger Extract, Maltodextrin, Silicon Dioxide), Turmeric Extract.

Take 1-2 capsules per day with food.
Do not exceed the recommended intake.
Not recommended for use during pregnancy or when breastfeeding. 
Diabetics are generally advised to consult a doctor before using glucosamine supplements.
Not suitable for people taking blood thinners.
