Zinc is a highly multifunctional vitamin, playing a role in many of your body’s functions. Zinc supports the maintenance of normal bones, hair, skin and nails, as well as maintaining normal fertility normal immune function. Maintaining healthy Zinc levels is key to many bodily processes, a regular dietary intake is essential by either consuming Zinc rich foods including meat, legumes, dark chocolate and dairy, or by taking a food supplement.

Our handy Zinc Picolinate tablets each contain 15mg of Zinc and are balanced with 1mg of Copper in an easy to take, vegan friendly tablet, suitable for daily use. 

 Di-Calcium Phosphate, Zinc Picolinate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Copper Gluconate, Anticaking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Vegetable Source Magnesium Stearate), Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose.

 Take 1 tablet per day with food. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
