Our Mushroom Complex provides a synergistic blend of five organically grown and widely researched mushrooms: Reishi, Maitake, Shiitake, Cordyceps & Chaga.
Our vegan friendly capsule can either be swallowed whole or sprinkled into food or drink such as smoothies and yoghurt.
Vegetable Capsule Shell (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), Reishi Mushroom Powder, Maitake Mushroom Powder, Shiitake Mushroom Powder, Cordyceps Mushroom Powder and Chaga Mushroom Powder.
Take 2 capsules per day with a glass of water. Alternately, pull apart the capsules and sprinkle contents into juice, shakes, smoothies, soup or yoghurt. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
