This is reason why we carefully select the material used in our Ginger Root tablets to be able to guarantee the content of these two notable constituents. Each sugar free, vegan friendly tablet provides the equivalent to 500mg of Ginger Root and can be taken up to 3 times per day with a cold drink or food. You can rest assured our Ginger Root tablets are free from artificial colours and flavours and contain no GM, gluten, wheat, yeast, nuts, salt, soya or starch.

Take 1-3 tablets per day with a cold drink and food. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
