Our Customer care is outstanding and our dedicated customer service advisors pride themselves on being able to respond quickly to customer queries with the minimum of fuss. We support our products with a comprehensive range of free services for retailers and consumers. These include consumer leaflets and a Product Information binder for retailers comprising of Technical/background data on all the products we sell. Technical support is offered by experienced, qualified staff via Telephone and face to face by our qualified nutritionists. Promotional material and merchandising is available free of charge, on request to support the Natures Aid brand ‘in store’ . These include attractive window posters – full colour glossy A3 posters linked with promotions, display boards, shelf talkers, dump bins and display pots. Marketing support for local advertisements and personalised ‘point of sale’ material can be supplied to help increase sales. Block merchandising Natures Aid products with point of sale material enhances the product and increases sales. We are proud of being able to hold all of our finished products ‘in stock‘ so that orders can be delivered within 24 hours of placing them, which means retailers can rely on our outstanding service and won’t be letting their customers down. |
