Natures Aid have been manufacturing and supplying high quality vitamins, minerals, food supplements and Herbal products directly to the Independent Health Food trade for over 20 years. The business was started in January 1981 by the current Owners/Directors – Managing Director - Lynn Lord, Sales Director - David Lord and Paul Marshall - Production Director.

Our philosophy is the same now as it was in 1981, to produce quality products, at competitive prices and to support our customers, the independent retailer. We never forget that each customer is special and always endeavour to give our best which is why we put so much emphasis on customer care.

Our record has been one of sustained growth over the last 20 years from a company of 3 people with just 6 products to a company of 70 people supplying a range of 160 products to over 1200 independent retail outlets throughout the UK.

As an ‘Investor in People’ company we ensure that our staff are fully trained and committed to meet their individual responsibilities for quality and customer care. All staff work conscientiously and vigilantly to written SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) in manufacturing, packaging, warehousing, distribution and every department throughout the business. This ensures that everyone knows what to do and when and how to do it.

Our product range is excellent as we sell the most popular products, presented in bright, attractive and easily identifiable packaging so that they will move quickly through store, however Research & Development is the life blood of any organisation and our R&D team aim to bring products to market to meet consumer demand with USP’s wherever possible. This enables the Independent retailer to take advantage of media interest and to sell at a competitive price to compete with the multiples eg. Holland & Barrett. Selling products with USP’s and monthly ‘special offers’ help increase turnover and keep consumers interested and returning for more!

Wherever possible we offer products suitable for vegetarians and vegans and do NOT use artificial flavours, colours, preservatives, starch, sugar or yeast.
